Jersey-born artist, Glen Fox describes his process as “straight from the brain to whatever I have within my reach”. He is pioneering the future of art, with a key focus on street art, due to his ties to skateboarding, and a project he worked on in college about self-promotion.
Glen has been exhibited in Paris, Tokyo and London, and has solidified himself in pop-culture, through articles in the renown ‘Thrasher’ magazine. Aesthetically, the art he creates is a flawless fit for Artology.
The colours are mostly monochromic, with occasional splashes of colour to add personality into his pieces. His intricate ‘line and dot’ work tells subtle stories; “the paintings that I make are often quite detailed and hectic, they are very abstract, filled with facial features linked all around the painting to form obscure characters.”. Quantus gallery carefully selected Fox as they understand his work conveys deeper meanings, in simple, accessible forms.
His pieces are a firm favourite within the gallery, and they want to spread his messages of positivity and interest in sustainability around and into Zedwell.
